Description
Green, teal, and pink shift mysteriously inside layers of clear glass. On a black background, the reflected green colors dominate; against white, the transmitted pink tones come out. Fused glass chipped into a blade using ancient techniques. Hafted using pitch glue and hand-spun nettle fibers on a shed caribou antler handle. Comes with an antler wedge stand and certificate signed by the artists. Glass by Sara Chatfield, knapping and hafting by Brian Schuch.
